Kristy Stevenson M.Ed, R.D. — Associate Dietition

Wixom / Ferndale

“You are what you eat” says it best. Everyone wants a quick fix to being healthy, but there is no magic pill. If you eat a balanced diet, your body will feel in balance. Physical fitness starts from the inside out. After high school sports, Kristy continued to exercise in college while pursing a degree in education. While working hard to keep the outside of her body in shape, she started to wonder what it took to be healthy on the inside. That is when she redirected her studies away from education and toward nutrition. After years of work in the field of dietetics, Kristy returned to her original pursuit of education and earned a Masters Degree in Adult Education. Now she is able to combine her two great loves and teach others the reward of eating a healthy diet. Whether it is an athlete who is able to maintain his stamina through the end of the game, or a mom who has a new gained energy to keep up with her kids, there is nothing more rewarding than helping others find their internal fitness.
