SCULPT: Body Transformations for WOMEN

The ‘SCULPT Body Transformations for WOMEN’ program is designed to help WOMEN reach their fitness goals. Participants in SCULPT perform resistance training exercises, and Pilates Core training exercises, all supervised by Fitness Inspiration Specialist “Ian.” This program is specifically designed to burn body fat without bulking up the muscles! Ian uses a specific ratio of upper body to lower body exercises that helps to balance a woman’s body while targeting the buttocks, lower abdomen and backs of the arms.

The ‘DIESEL Physique Modification for MEN’ program is designed to help MEN reach their fitness goals. Participants in the DIESEL program perform High Intensity Weight Training Exercises followed by a gut busting abdominal workout. This program utilizes a ratio of upper body to lower body exercises specific for the needs of men. Special attention is given to the major muscle groups that shape a man’s physique. The result is a program that increases lean muscle mass in the right areas and slashes abdominal fat!

PEAK: Sport Specific Athletic Enhancement Training for ATHLETES

The ‘PEAK Sport Specific Athletic Enhancement Training’ program is designed to help ATHLETES reach their sports goals. Participants in the PEAK program perform SPORT SPECIFIC Strength Training Exercises for the beginning portion of the workout. These exercises are specifically designed to benefit the athlete in their sport. This is followed by an Intense Full Body Weight Training Blast engineered to improve total body strength. The PEAK workout is concluded with an Extreme Core Conditioning Segment to tie all of the external links together allowing the athlete to perform to their peak genetic capabilities. The result is a program that dramatically improves sport performance and overall strength!
